The Model V was introduced in 1930 and was made to dispense gumballs, marbles (popular at the time), and aspirin. The cylinder globe only fit on the Model V - no other Columbus model. Depending on the variation (aspirin, or gumball/marble), the globe had glass tabs in different positions, so that the embossed star on the globe would line up over the coin slot (aspirin), or the chute flap (gumball/marble). This model dispensed gumballs or marbles, and came to me about 10 years ago from a long time collector. Measures 11.25" tall x 5.5" diameter. - Scott
