Victor Topper Chrome Front Gumball Machine

This Victor Topper machine is what is called the half cabinet. Original plastic front in okay shape and paint is pretty nice as well. Could be repainted and the front could be replaced or left alone. Has the harder to find gumball wheel and chrome front variation and is the harder to find 5c version as well. Has new rubber feet and new lock insert and key. Comes with the mixture of candy and charms as shown.
